Receive Authorization
Our team will review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with a prepaid shipping label if applicable.
Package Your Item
Securely pack the unused coffee gear or unopened coffee bags in their original packaging to ensure they are not damaged during transit.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop the package at any authorized shipping location; once we receive and inspect the items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
